• You MUST have a valid email address because you will have to respond back in a verification email that will be sent to you by clicking a link in it which activates your entry.
• Entering a bad email address gets you nowhere. Non-verified entries are deleted.
• If you want to be able to win any prizes during drawings, you must fill out the snail mail stuff.
• Again, if you do not VERIFY your email address by clicking the link in the email sent to you when you sign up, you WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MUSCLEMAIL!

One last note:
Many people try to use free email accounts like HotMail and Yahoo. Be WARNED... these accounts are not dependable, and if you are using too much space, your mail will bounce out! Also, the HTML version may or may not appear correctly. It is highly suggested you use a dependable email account, using an email client such as Outlook, or equivalent.

Please do not write asking why you did not receive any muscle mail. It will be because of the above reasons.
